RECRUITMENT

Minions

At Dartmouth, students can rush a Greek house during their sophomore year. Sorority rush takes place every Fall and Winter term, and every year KDE end up with about 50 new members, or “minions,” as we call them. For more information about rush, go to the Dartmouth Inter-Sorority Council website.

New Member Program

(Big-Little!)

When you join KDE, you are assigned to a family based on your interests and what you are looking for in KDE. Families provide a way to get closer to sisters across class years at Dartmouth, and point-people to talk to and get to know in a more intimate way. The big-little program is a way to extend friendship and connection immediately upon initiation into KDE, allowing older sisters to pass on advice and guidance to new members.
